Cocktails in Martha's Vineyard

Dear Fashion Friends:

I was on Twitter, and I came across this beautiful Plus Size White Party Dress from the lovely world of Aleya Collections (as listed on the www.aleyacollections.com website. See photo below). What caught my attention was the lace pattern. Isn’t it charming? I have posted some fantastic lace patterns from the wedding fashion worlds of Galia Lahav and Tania Maras on Instagram and Twitter. Still, I cannot recall seeing such an enchanting lace pattern design on a party mini dress. It works so well. What about the model? She is divine. She has that “Free Spirit” look that I adore. Her choice of jewelry is impeccable, her selection of makeup captivating. She looks ready to attend an early summer soirée. I can see her hobnob with friends while drinking a glass of chilled white wine. Dianne, a wonderful friend of mine on Twitter, said this about the dress: “I think it’s my favorite. Alas, I never had the good fortune of traveling to Martha’s Vineyard. But I have had the privilege of going through Michigan’s northeastern coast. The towns of Charlevoix, Petoskey, and Harbor Springs have a special place in my heart. When I am up there, I would walk and immerse myself in the scenic beauty. I also love visiting the shops and used bookstores. I am always looking for books on Michigan history. I also love the restaurants. The food is out of this world. As a fashion blogger, I like to see what is the latest in Summer attire. The fashion – albeit blouses and denim jeans, formal gowns, floral pattern dresses, and jumpsuits -- is always elegant and stylish. As before, I love how she arranged her hair, and her enchanting use of makeup. Her smile reminded me of this quote I read in the Huffington Post: “Your smile is intoxicating. It lingers, it captivates my heart” (Quoted in https://www.huffpost.com/entry/35-cute-love-quotes-for-h_b_11081070). The dress, which has an eye-catching design pattern, is an exquisite blend of yellow, pink, and white colors. It would go beautifully with this divine Oversized Boho Wool Poncho (as listed on the AC website. See photo below). Its exquisite shades of green, pink, and red make this an attractive piece of clothing.

I can see our model wearing this dress during a dinner outing in Harbor Springs, Michigan. Perhaps she and her beloved are having cocktails and dinner at Stafford’s Pier Restaurant (https://www.staffordspier.com/). After a beautiful whitefish dinner, they take a walk on the pier not far from the restaurant. As they walk, they come across an older gentleman walking his golden retriever. Our lovely model approaches the dog with a sweet smile. The golden retriever kisses her hand and looks up at her with thankful eyes for her kindness.
